Is 360HealthWise free to use?

Yes! 360HealthWise is free to download and includes powerful core features. We also offer an optional Premium subscription ($9.99/month) with advanced features like unlimited habits, advanced analytics, and custom workout templates.

What platforms is 360HealthWise available on?

360HealthWise is available on both iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android devices. Download from the App Store or Google Play Store.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset email at your registered email address.

Can I sync data across multiple devices?

Yes! Your data automatically syncs across all devices when you're logged into your account with internet connection.

Is my health data private and secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. Your information is never shared with third parties, and you have complete control over your privacy settings.

Can I export my workout and nutrition data?

Yes! Premium users can export their data in CSV and PDF formats from the Settings menu.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings. You'll retain access until your billing period ends.

Does 360HealthWise integrate with other fitness apps?

Yes! We integrate with Apple Health, Google Fit, and other popular fitness platforms for seamless data sharing.
