Subscription and Payment Terms
Plans & Pricing
- Free tier with core features available to all users
- Premium subscriptions available monthly and annually
- Pricing is as displayed in the app at time of purchase
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
Billing & Renewals
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
- Billing is handled by Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe
- Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges for the next period
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds are subject to the platform's refund policy (Apple, Google, or Stripe)
- We do not issue refunds for partial subscription periods
- Cancel anytime from your device's subscription management settings

- AI outputs do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis
- We do not use your health data to train AI models for advertising

Research, Knowledge Base & External Content
Research Publications
- Publication metadata (titles, authors, abstracts, DOI, PMID) is retrieved from Crossref, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar APIs
- We do not host full-text articles — we link to publicly available sources
- Research AI uses AI providers to analyze and discuss publications based on user queries
Knowledge Base & RSS
- Your personal Knowledge Base (notes, documents, saved items) is private to your account
- RSS health and science feeds are fetched server-side and cached for display
- Admin-curated blog posts and research content are managed by 360HealthWise
Location, Sensors & Calendar Export
Location Data
- GPS location is used for cardio workout route tracking with your permission
- Location is not used for advertising or sold to third parties
- Background location is used only for specific features (e.g., location-based reminders) when you grant permission
Device Sensors
- Camera access is used for food photo logging and barcode scanning
- Microphone is used for voice input and speech-to-text with your permission
- Pose detection for fitness features processes video on-device only
Calendar Export
- Webcal export creates a publicly accessible URL for your calendar events
- Anyone with your export URL can view your exported events
- Treat your calendar export URL like a password — regenerate it if compromised
